I am an Australian Strategic Ally and Organisational Coach based in the beautiful Canadian Rockies.The rush of pride and privilege of bringing exceptional experiences to life for brands will forever drive me. My greatest fulfilment and strength however, lays in empowering and driving the people and teams behind those moments.Whether providing leaders a leg up out of the trenches or a plan to get back to 10,000 ft, I share my professional experience and solution-focused approach to work through business challenges.As an organisational coach I assist leaders in developing their ability to influence with ease and authority. To navigate challenging periods whilst protecting their well-being.In the role of Strategic Ally, clients receive the benefits of my professional corporate experience, coaching and mentoring.
